Unleash your inner scorpion in this game

JDM: Rise of the Scorpion is a racing game. It is an open-world game that introduces players to the upcoming racing game Japanese Drift Master. The game allows players to experience the exciting world of Japanese street racing and drifting. The main character is Hatori ‘Scorpion’ Hasashi, a high school student who comes from a traditional Japanese family.

In JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, despite his strict upbringing, Hatori’s passion for drifting drives him to become one of the top racers in his area. The game combines storytelling with racing.

Master the art of drifting

In JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, through manga-style panels, players get to follow Hatori’s journey as he navigates the challenges of both his family life and his desire to race. The story is straightforward, making it easy for players to understand and connect with Hatori’s determination to pursue his dream. The entirety of the game offers players the chance to drive through the winding roads of Haikama Lake.

It is a location that embodies the spirit of Japanese drifting. The game features dynamic elements such as changing weather, day and night cycles, and traffic, which all add to the realism and challenge of the races. Players will drive a unique car that reflects Hatori’s personality—fast and agile, perfect for mastering the art of drifting. However, as a prologue, the game may be short, leaving players wanting more.

Players new to drifting games may find the mechanics challenging to master at first. The absence of multiplayer features could limit the replayability for those who enjoy competing against others. While the environment is dynamic, players might find the repeated use of the same location slightly monotonous over time. There may be few options to customize the vehicle, which could disappoint players who enjoy personalizing their cars.

Drive fast, drive hard

The overall gameplay experience of JDM: Rise of the Scorpion is immersive and engaging, blending narrative-driven storytelling with thrilling racing mechanics. Players step into the shoes of Hatori ‘Scorpion’ Hasashi, a young and talented drifter, as they explore the roots of Japanese street racing culture. The game offers a unique combination of high-speed driving and a personal story, delivered through manga-style panels that bring Hatori’s journey to life.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
